Configure a boundary in the app.
Create a suitable boundary using circular or custom property shapes. The saved boundary is synchronized to the collar. Your dealer checks actual warning points and signal conditions before use.
Introduce training gradually.
Dogs must learn the boundary through a humane, consistent training plan, guidance, repetition and positive reinforcement. Warning and correction settings should be tailored to the dog.
Stay connected locally.
Independent dealers can offer follow-up coaching, boundary revisions, troubleshooting and product support. Services and charges are determined by each dealer.
Safety matters. Never leave an untrained dog dependent on a new GPS boundary. GPS equipment cannot guarantee containment. Your local dealer should discuss proper supervision, limitations, and a training progression.
